CUSTOMER CARE

DELIVERY AND INSPECTION
Upon arrival of your sauna, immediately inspect the exterior of the packaging for damage. Report any damage to the delivery driver before the shipment is signed for and be sure to note "Damaged-Subject To Inspection" before acceptance. If the package is heavily damaged(e.g. broken wood or glass) refuse the delivery and, contact us immediately for more information at 1-866-394-6054. If the unit is signed for without inspection or notation, you are accepting the delivery of the package in good condition.
We cannot process an insurance claim with the freight company if the unit is signed for (which means you received it in good condition). In the event that the unit arrives damaged and the entire shipment or parts of the shipment is refused, we will replace the unit/parts upon availability of the replacement unit or parts that are damaged.
Inspect the package immediately even if you will not be installing the unit. The shipping company requires the customer to report any damages within the first 72 hours after delivery. Your shipment will be delivered by a freight carrier using a single driver. Please make sure someone is available to help the delivery person unload the items.
The freight company will only deliver goods to a ground floor location and are not responsible for moving your items upstairs. Ensure that someone is able to assist the driver with moving heavy/bulky goods at the delivery location. If re-delivery needs to be arranged because no one was at the delivery location an extra charge may be applied.


INSTALLATION AND CERTIFICATION
The purchaser of the product accepts full responsibility and liability for its proper use, operation, and installation. This unit is not to be used for commercial purposes. The purchaser also agrees to hold harmless and indemnify sunraysaunas.com from any actions, lawsuits, judgments, or liability claims arising from the use of these products.
It is the customers' responsibility to confirm the product will comply with their state, county or city codes. If you will be receiving an inspection by a county or city inspector, please ask them what they require. All saunas sold by sunraysaunas.com are ETL and CSA safety certified.


CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
You can return all items purchased from us within 10 days from the shipping date when it leaves the warehouse if units are brand new and uninstalled. The item should be in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.). Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the time the return is received at our warehouse.
Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to our location, you must package the product the same way you received it including any shrink wrap, tape and form. This will help prevent damages back to us. Damaged packages shipped back to us due to poor packaging may result in a restocking fee of up to 25%.
The customer must pay all costs related to original shipping and return shipping even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15%.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS POLICY
Please open and inspect all items once they arrive. You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any broken or defective items. If you receive a broken or defective product please contact us. Defective or broken items will be replaced or repaired at no charge once we receive notification of the defect or damage. After 30 days, any broken or defective items will be covered under our standard warranty policy.

 


WARRANTY
We carry a (5) seven year structural warranty and (18) eighteen month parts warranty.  The structural warranty protects the structure of the sauna from peeling, fading, cracking or breaking. Structural components include the any wooden or glass panels.
