Once the down payment is made, wood is ordered and is roughly 6-8 weeks out (could change), heater and rocks are also ordered immediately once payment is made. Remaining balance will be due to schedule a delivery date.
(Zero work will be performed in the wind and rain. It's bad for the lumber and not safe in the high winds. Jobs will be worked during the weekdays only. Time frames are approximates and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.)
Delivery date may be affected by weather or unforeseen circumstances on either the customers or Andy's Energy LLC or Home Sauna Sales & Setup’s behalf.
As an Andy's Energy LLC or Home Sauna Sales & Setup customer I acknowledge and understand that either business is NOT responsible for any electrical work in connection to my custom/built-in or kit sauna. We drop off the traditional hot rock heater and only charge our cost to offset our customers paying a certified electrician to run wiring to connect and HANG the heater. The heater is to be installed AFTER the build is done BY your electrician. Final payment is due when we deliver the sauna, NOT when your electrician hooks it up. (WE DO NOT CONNECT OR HANG THE HEATER OR ADD ROCKS) This is done privately between you and any licensed certified, and insured electrician of your choosing as REQUIRED in the instructions manual. I understand I am to follow ALL instructions that come with any electrical components which we will leave with the sauna. (For some heaters the first step in connecting the heater the manual states is to mount the heater to the wall. Mounting the heater is the electricians responsibility, NOT Home Saunas or Andy’s Energy)
(Receipt from a license certified and insured electrician will be required for YOU to register your heater for the warranty to be valid. Instructions to register the heater for warranty can be found in the instruction manual)
As a Home Sauna Sales & Setup/Andy’s Energy customer I acknowledge and understand that once I have made a deposit for my agreed upon sauna has been made, I will be charged a $500 fee to make any changes in addition to the cost to make after deposit changes. All add-on’s must be written in description of the sauna above at the time of payment or it is considered unpaid for and will be charged for upon completion with added cost and $500 fee.
As a Home Sauna Sales & Setup/Andy’s Energy customer I acknowledge and understand that Home Sauna Sales & Setup does NOT refund or accept returns on custom or built-in saunas once the unit has been started.
I understand and acknowledge that the traditional (rock) heater is advised by Home Sauna Sales/Andy’s Energy and Finlandia, Iki, Huum, to use between 170F-180F max temperature. If used above it can cause health and structural damage that Home Sauna Sales & Setup (Andy’s Energy) is not responsible for.
I also understand and acknowledge that the infrared heaters heat differently then the rock heaters and do not heat to as high of temperature. I also acknowledge the suggested temperature for use is between 118F-132F. If used above suggested temperature Home Sauna Sales & Setup/Andy’s Energy is not responsible for any problems that could be caused.
I understand that certain sized heaters are best for certain sized saunas and if I choose to not go with the advised heater size, I am fully responsible for any damage to heaters or sauna structure.
I understand all add ons and questions on upgrades will be asked to Andy Lythgoe as he is the sales rep and CEO to make pricing decisions, not our crew members.
I acknowledge that I have read and understand ALL listed in this contract and if there are any questions, they have been addressed and answered with full understanding. I acknowledge that once payment is made it signifies complete agreement to statements above.
